I was sick last week, so was absent for last Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
GOLLYLONGTIME!I was still sick this week, but it wasn't that bad anymore.
Still couldn't talk as much as I would have wanted to because it would aggravate my throat =(
It was as if one of my life's greatest joys had been taken from me. ='(
BUT I'M BETTER NOW! YAY! =D
Still got a bit of phlegm but I'm pretty much well already. Got two more antibiotics to go. >=(
Doc gave me four types of medicine. Big, yucky and hard to swallow.
If you know me well enough, you'd know that I have
difficulty swallowing pills =/
It's really quite troublesome.
These were my pillsies!
Sporidex as antibiotics. But mine were
dark blue. =D

Paracetamol for fever/pain. But mine were
pink. And therefore,
cuter! =D

I forgot the name of this pill but it was tiny and for phlegm. My favourite cause it was tiny and easy to swallow.
Eli-friendly pill! YAY! =D

And of course, cough syrup! I wish all medicine were in the form of syrup or liquid. Such a pain to swallow them. =(
So anyways! In my three-day leave, I spent it at home with Mummy!
Basically, I spent most of the time watching TV.
I have hereby determined that Cinemax, or channel 412, is the weakest among the three movie channels cause all the movies it shows don't interest me.
HBO, channel 411 and StarMovies, channel 413 are better.
So, on one of the days, I was flipping through the channels and decided to watch this movie on HBO called
'Abandon'.
It starred Katie Holmes and Benjamin Bratt.

The summary was :
" A psychological thriller about Katie Burke (Katie Holmes), a senior at one of America's most prestigious universities. Under enormous pressure to complete her thesis and earn a top job at one of the world's most competitive consulting firms, Katie is still coping with the sudden, unexplained disappearance of her first love, Embry Langan (Charlie Hunnam), two years prior. Newly sober Detective Wade Handler (Benjamin Bratt) is called in to investigate and uncovers some disconcerting facts. "Honestly, this is the first time I've ever watched a Katie Holmes movie.
Her acting was just okay, to me. Kinda stiff. It could've been better.
But the thing that made me fall for this movie,
other than the shocking twist at the end of the story, was that
this movie brought a yummy feast to my eyes.
This feast is known, to us mortals as...
Charlie Hunnam.
Yes, this is he.
Charlie Hunnam.
I find him to be an extremely sexy person. :P

Yes, yes. Feast your eyes on
Charlie.

He's cute too. ;) That's always a good thing.
Charlie goodness. :D
Here's some scenes from the movie. =)

Say what you will, but I think he's cute. =D
Yay, I've discovered a cutie!
Wheee! :P
But of course, no one is cuter than
my darling in my eyes. =)
Hahaha, I'm so biased. :D
Don't give ah?Overall, it was a decent movie. Worth a watch if there's nothing better on TV and you can comprehend twisted plots like
'The Prestige'. =)
But, of course,
'The Prestige' is much deeper.
That's all for my
Cute Guy for July update! <3
Toodles!
